With Rescue Breathing

withrescuebreathing.jpg

A solemn group of four members with intensity like no other; but with the comfort of life, they bring you their experiences. Based in Port Huron, Michigan, With Rescue Breathing has swiftly climbed their way to the top of the Detroit music scene. Some may find it difficult to stand out from the crowd in such a large and vigorous scene, but With Rescue Breathing has accomplished this feat through their hard work. This is a band that will never give up on their dreams. After establishing a friendship with the members of the Warner/Reprise artists, The Used, With Rescue Breathing has gained fans from all over the world. You should expect to see the two bands collaborating in the future. Quinn Allman, guitarist of The Used, will be doing production on some of the upcoming recordings from With Rescue Breathing. With Rescue Breathing has one of the most emotionally intense live shows. Front man, Chad Nicefield leaves the audience in awe with his awkward stage antics. With Rescue Breathing has shared the stage with many National acts, such as The Used, Chimaira, 36 Crazyfists, Hotwire, God Forbid, Sunset Black, and Factory 81, just to name a few. They have a strong local fanbase as well as a national fanbase, gained by touring the Midwest and west coast with MCA/Bieler Bros. recording artists, Sunset Black in 2003. They are in the process of working with Evolution Entertainment, setting up a summer tour. What sets aside With Rescue Breathing from many other bands is the grueling hard work and devotion to their cause and music. They have had a dream for many of years and there hasn't been a second in their lives that they have ever doubted their dream. From setting up and booking a whole national tour on their contacts alone to making a music scene possible in their local hometown by holding shows for all the bands in their area. They will continue to devote all their energy and strength to make their dream a reality.

The Residence

Expect to be blown away, these guys will hit you with a force that will not stop for one second, all of there songs will have you begging for more. There sense of rock & roll with heart felt melody will demand your ear and soul. With the style and persona of Adam Baker on guitar and vocal your ears are in for a time to remember. Backed by Mike Green on bass/scream the explosion on stage will pull your strings, along with the hairs on the back of your neck. Followed up with Brad Hinson on the drums with changes unexplainable everything falls in line. It's easy to see why No Label Records picked them up in 2002. Although they are at a young age they prove that they will be a force to be reckoned with.

As The Sparrow

asthesparrow.jpg

AsTheSparrow is a band from Richmond, VA. I would describe us as a pleasing mix between 90s indie/hardcore and experimental. Tim and I recently came to the conclusion that the best way to describe the band would be to envision a math-rocker and a crust-punk fighting it out, but blending into one solid being. I can't say how accurately this portrays our sound, but I like the imagery. All in all we are four great friends who love music and want nothing more than to create and share the music that we make. Another thing that I will say is that we are constantly moving forward.

Motion Picture Demise

mpd2.jpg

Uniting after the downfall of many former projects, Motion Picture Demise came together to create honest music with sincere lyrics. The formation of the band was a culmination of falling-outs and learned lessons. Members have played in many different bands throughout the last few years. The band formed in September of 2002 and completed their line-up by bringing in vocalist Travis Tucker in January of 2003. The group hopes to create music that blends aspects of emotional punk, melodic hardcore, as well as rock and roll. Motion Picture Demise attempts to channel aspects of many types of music without sounding like a carbon copy of any other act. The groups main goals are to play the music they love and enjoy any opportunities that come their way.
